Rock Climbing, Ski Touring and Sailing Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the case of our Climbing, Skiing and Sailing programs, you must cancel at least 30 days out from your scheduled trip to receive a full refund. All cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled trip start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation due to weather, and extreme weather
Rain makes it challenging to climb on rocks. Excessive heat can turn a solid snowpack into a hazard. Extreme winds can brake masts which can be extremely dangerous to participants. OneLife Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip due to what it defines as, unsafe weather, extreme weather or snowpack conditions.
In the case of unsafe weather, or an extreme weather event cancellation, Onelife Adventures will contact participants before the scheduled start date to discuss the postponement of trip options. If OneLife Adventures cancels a course due to extreme weather and a participant is unable to reschedule to a later date, the participant will receive a full refund.
If guests have concerns about the weather, they are encouraged to contact OneLife Adventures the day before their scheduled course.
Cancellation due to insufficient numbers
Many courses or guided trips require a minimum number of participants to sign up in order for that trip or course go ahead. These minimums are posted on each guided trip or course. If Onelife Adventures cancels due to lack of participants, those participants already paid receive a full refund.
